This picture clearly illustrates how dilapidated 537UTF was looking when collected for preservation.

Bedford J4 537UTF was seen at Preston Hall, Cleveland, 26 June 2005.
It had been with its current owners for just 3 days, and was in need of extensive restoration.
I hope to bring updated pictures of this machine in the future as work progresses.

Twelve months on and some progress has been made with restoration.
However, sadly, the blue light has been mounted in the wrong place, as it carried the beacon on top of the offside bell bracket.
It was seen again at Preston Hall, 24 June 2006.

It was seen in glorious sunshine at an otherwise exceedingly wet Preston Hall, 24 June 2007.
