with a Bedford KH parked at the side, temporarily out of service.

Ford DRN885S seems a likely replacement for one of the Bedfords, and was parked by the old station.

The second Leyland Freighter here was G142 JFR seen on the station forecourt.

Leyland Freighter G142 JFR was seen in action at a 7 pump mill fire in Rising Bridge, 17 April 2003.

After disposal G142JFR  was used as a 'party' fire engine.  It was seen adjacent to the A49 at Marus Bridge, 18 March 2005.

Daf55 W141BRN was in attendance at a 10 pump moorland fire near Darwen, 5 May 2007.

Daf 55 PJ52FMU was seen on the station forecourt,4 January 2014.

Isuzu KE07EHJ was seen at a moorland fire in Turton, 7 April 2019.

SoftTrak vehicle PN08PSO was seen coming of the moors in Turton, 7 April 2019.

Daf LF PK63FUH was seen at an incident in Oswaldtwistle, 16 July 2020.
