Ford HKA799D was almost brand new when seen in Parr, 2 March 1966.
The Salvageman is Frank Savage.

Commer UKD987 was seen after the Lennons Supermarket fire, St. Helens, 18 May 1968.

The first four pictures below were all taken on the front of the station c.1968, whilst the Ford Transit is believed to be in the rear yard.

As can be seen by the sign on the grille, Bedford EKF395Y is now preserved at the Merseyside Fire Museum.
It was seen in Allerton in 2002.
